I have visited minute clinic twice and each time the wait time was not long, the staff was courteous and extremely professional. I would highly recommend the clinic to my family and friends.
This is the best and most efficient healthcare system I’ve experienced in the US. I appreciate that I can visit the clinic, receive treatment and medication within hours, not days or weeks, unlike the traditional schedule system in my primary care. I like the practitioner because she’s caring, listens to my needs, provides professional guidance, and creates a treatment plan. The only thing I’d suggest is that the clinic be a bit larger so it’s not so cramped. I feel sorry for the doctor who has to be in this small space all day and still provides their best effort to care for the patients with a smile.
I got the care I needed but when you all gave me a prescription you gave me 2 different pills. One that I needed and one that I didn’t need. No one explained what I got when I was handed the bags so I got charged for pills that I can’t return and don’t need. Feels like you took advantage of me by giving me something you didn’t explain and then I couldn’t return.
The wait time was horrible. I had an appointment.
The NP The Provider was kind, understanding and friendly. She did a thorough job of taking my vitals and screening me for potential illnesses.
