Whether you’re a resident of the Windy City or just a visitor, we know you enjoy everything Chicago has to offer. From beautiful parks and cultural centers to the best deep dish pizza in the country and sports fans who remain loyal through thick and thin, you’ll find everything here. So why not choose a local drug store where you’ll find everything, too?
The CVS Pharmacy® on North Central Avenue near the intersection of West Addison Street in Chicago is just the place. Because it’s located near residences and Community First Medical Center, it’s a convenient place to pick up your prescriptions. But we’re so much more than just a drug store, so you can also find items that might otherwise require more time out of your day. Here, you’ll find:
Many groceries and pantry items
Cosmetics and skin care products
Books, magazines and gifts
Seasonal items and candy
Over-the-counter medicines such as allergy remedies, flu and cold medication and Plan B emergency contraception
This store also accepts SNAP, takes all major credit cards and accepts WIC to better serve the needs of all Chicagoans and visitors. We think you’ll find what you need here.
Our pharmacy centers around you. Not only do we have options for pickup (the in-store pharmacy counter or our convenient drive-thru pharmacy window), but we also offer you choices when it comes to managing your prescriptions. You can choose the traditional method of calling in prescriptions and refills, checking status by phone using our automated system and picking up items when they’re ready or shopping while we fill your dropped-off order. Alternatively, you can use our mobile app and your personal CVS.com account.
With the mobile app, you can transfer your prescriptions from another pharmacy for extra savings. You can also order refills or set up automatic refills and check the status of your order. Choose how you’d like to receive notifications, and we’ll let you know when your medication is ready.
The CVS Pharmacy® on North Central Avenue also offers a walk-in clinic with many standard immunizations, including the seasonal flu vaccine. We want to give your family peace of mind this year. If you manage or own a business, you can also inquire about our offsite Flu Clinic, which provides flu shots to employees.
We know you don’t trust your beautiful memories to just anyone, and we appreciate the opportunity to be your photo printing service of choice. Select your options, including size and finish, in our mobile app or on our website. We’ll have your custom prints ready for pickup in no time. Apply ExtraCare® rewards and shop our weekly ad for additional savings.
Are you getting ready for a big international trip or a quick business trip overseas? Check your passport. If it’s expired, don’t panic. At our photo counter, we apply advanced technology to make sure your passport photo meets all federal guidelines. This allows you to get your passport quicker and with less hassle than if you choose a less trusted source.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you into our store. If you have any questions or need help navigating any of our services, please call the store at 773-283-2355 .
