Delay in being seen by the provider
My experience at the clinic was great. Using the website to make the reservation on a phone was a challenge. It may have been easier using the CVS app, I don’t know.
My husband and I went to the clinic for covid shots. The nurse who took care of us was was particularly good in administering the shots and friendly, too. If we could choose our nurse in the future, she would be the one ... and we have been to multiple CVS' a multiple of times.
The wait was almost an hour longer than the scheduled.
The questions don't quite get at the facts that: the wait time was faster than I expected (!); I have no way to tell if things are sanitary; and there was a bit too much going back and forth in the registration process, though it wasn't too hard.
The nurse was friendly, displayed competence that she knew how to handle my problem, and she treated me with skill. I knew when I left that I had been in good hands.
The nurse on duty was very courteous and professional. I found her very pleasant to talk to.

The App purported to provide a way to schedule an appointment but was dysfunctional. When is suggested to select a location, there was no list or dropped out menu of locations. I had to go in person to schedule an appointment, and even then the healthcare provider had to assist all of us would-be patients to use the poorly programmed console. Needless to say, having to make two trips to the MinuteClinic when one is sick is far from ideal.
