Nothing significant to report. Medial practitioner was kind, caring and did a great job.
I felt well cared and respected. The experience was totally possitive.
Weekend hours
I was able to get my tb placement in about 10 minutes and it was covered by insurance. I was able to schedule an appointment the night before. Very easy.
Easy process to make an appointment. As soon as I check-in, the medical provider called me into the exam room.
I came with flu like symptoms but was not tested for flu or Covid. While they were very kind, the NP didn’t seem to be focused and asked some of her questions more than once.
There were no appointment times available so I decided to sign up for the wait list. The waitlist told me to head to the clinic and that it would be a 90min wait time. I immediately drove to the clinic 20min away and I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours until they closed at 5. I was then told that I “missed my appointment” although I never had an appointment time. She said that I had an appointment time at 2:10 and I was a no show. The portal still showed I was on the waitlist and continued to tell me to wait, and had NO appointment time listed. I had no way of knowing when I would be seen, I was told to wait. So I waited but apparently I “missed my appointment”
On time. Got right to the issues. Made a diagnosis. Out with prescribed items quickly.
NP: Provideronj [...] lacks any medical experience, knowledge or professionalism. She was looking at the computer while I am listing the symptoms. Furthermore, she did not listen to me. I mentioned my symptoms that included dairhea due to eating something unclean. In addition to having a fever, coughing and sore throat. It is not my first time,It is bacterial infection and treated with antibiotics. I told her that I had the same problem before and the doctor prescribed the antibiotic. She asked me if she should prescribe anything or if I am good with over the counter things I am already taking. If I am ok with over the counter medications, why did I come to your clinic?! I definitely wander if she has a legit education or training. After l left, I read several reviews mentioned the same problem and advising not to go to this minuteclinic due to the NP quality.

Wait time was pretty long (~30 minutes) past my appointment time. But my practitioner was fantastic and the procedure was very fast and efficient.
