The nurse & doctor were amazing. The doctor had patience to explain everything and showed so much concern. She was great at what she does.
Anyone can tell that the RN loves people. She is very helpful, does not rush you through, and yet keeps the waiting room happy if there is anyone waiting even for a brief moment. She knows her stuff very well, and has great bedside manner with a sense of humor that is fun to be with.
Long wait time while one staff member had no patient and our appointment time was not honored.
Generally it was pleasant.
