My visit was efficient and the NP was kind and provided education and treatment options for my visit.
The scheduling process is confusing. As a customer, we are forced to book everything on the same site and then forced to navigate and differentiate coverages between CVS Pharmacy and MinuteClinic post-booking.
I am still waiting for lab results from a strep culture 5 days later. My daughter has had a high fever this entire time while we wait and I called three times today and several times over the past 5 business days and still gotten no response. I will never trust a minute clinic again.

The scheduling was easy, the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, nice, and informative. The Provider sent my prescription right to the pharmacy and I was in/out in less than 45 minutes due to the nature of my appointment. I prefer to go the CVS minute clinic instead of my doctor's office. Much more comprehensive and caring. Thank you.
The Provider and the other team member (her name s escapes me) we extremely pleasant, helpful, and had excellent "bedside" manner.
