Super fast and helpful, informative appt
I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment, sat in the waiting room for an hour and wasn’t seen by a provider. I had to leave to go back to work and did not receive the medical care I needed. I also received a charge for this visit even though I was not treated, which I am disputing as it is a fraudulent charge.
I was there for 45 minutes for a strep test. Big waste Of time. Took the test needed to wait 4 minutes went back to waiting room they took 2 more people before calling me back. Something that should of been minutes turned in 45.
On time, informative, thorough and efficient-thank you!!

I was fortunate to have The Provider working for my visit. He was professional, good at explaining the process he was using for cleaning my ears. I would recommend this service to everyone having problems. It is great to hear again!!!!
The Provider was exceptional. All the skills that I would hope to experience when I see an GP and more. I left the CVS location and sent out a group text to my family (that all live in the west metro) to note the Plymouth location and The Provider for any future medical needs that fit that type of platform.
Much easier and more pleasant than going to urgent care. Doctor was interested in my problem and took the time to explain and was very good at his work.
Provider was very thorough and explained things very well. He was attentive to my concerns.
