I was not given a recite and I was told my insurance was charged yet I paid $160

There was no assistant so it took like 40 min for all the data to be put in computer and 1 minute for exam

For some reason, we had to see 2 different providers for a simple strep test. One brought us back, took vitals, asked questions and issued the strep test. Then sent us back out into the waiting room to wait for a different provider to then call us back and ask us many of the same questions and then finally give us the results of the test. Seemed very inefficient

Check in was quick - asked the questions and got me in with the CNP pretty quickly. She asked good questions about why I needed this done and she did a great job getting my ear cleared.

took 2 and a half hours for what should have been a 20 minute visit for a dot physical. finished the physical, and could not print out my form, so she asked me if i could spare a few minutes while she gets ahold of teck support. then she takes in another client, for 1/2 hour, then calls me back in and proceeds to finally call teck supprt, with whom she stays on the phone for the next hour, accomplishing nothing. then she finally pulls out a blank form from her desk and hand writes the form.... something she could have done 90 minutes ago..... and claims i need to pay with cash, as she cannot take credit cards. 150.00 bill, i did not have the cash for, so this went on for 30 more minutes as she claims she could not close out the account without payment, but cannot accept credit card. finally she clicks a secret button, and the payment went thru, i took my hand written federal document, legal? i dont know, and left 2 and a half hours lator.
