I was frustrated to pay over $100 and have test run that I had already done (flu) just to be told it was viral and to keep doing what I was doing. At the very least I feel I should have been offered a few days of steroids to help make my symptoms more comfortable. B
When I walked in I was greeted she introduced herself to me she asked me what was my reason for the visit and I told her she also told me that I was due for an vaccine, so I told her I will take it. She explained every so many years I would have to take this vaccine and what it prevents, and she also explained to me about the shot that I was taking and when everything was all over, she thanked me for visiting and told me anytime I need anything be free to walk to the clinic or schedule an appointment to the clinic and I will do just that she made me feel very welcome. The Provider Ya did great hiring her. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable.
I was misdiagnosed, by the PA that saw me on Saturday, May 2, 2026 - I thought it was a tooth but my face was swollen, red, and had blisters on the right side of my face only and blisters inside my mouth. She never said a word of what was wrong. I was prescribed Amoxicillin. I am very disappointed and was told I would be billed $161.00 for this visit. After going to see another doctor and paying more money, I was prescribed Valacyclovir, appropriate medicine for my diagnostic of SHINGLES. I had SHINGLES. Very unhappy and it added two days of agony.
The girls who have helped me were great and very nice.
The Provider was very helpful and responsive. Listened to issues and needs well
The Provider, the Nurse Practitioner was thorough, professional and personable and got me in and out quickly
My PCP was unavailable, so I decided to try the Minute Clinic for a suspected UTI. I’m so glad I did! The provider was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I left with a treatment plan and confidence that I was on the road to recovery.
NP was very knowledgeable, caring, and ensured that my concerns were addressed.
Not too long ago wait. The practitioner was quite friendly and professional. The Rxs she wrote for me got me through a miserable bout of bronchitis!
