How MinuteClinic® works

MinuteClinic® is open every day, except for major holidays. We accept walk-in patients whenever we are open. Practitioners see patients on a first-come, first-served basis. Your wait time may vary depending on how busy we are.

We have a self-service kiosk in our waiting area that visitors use for signing in. After you sign in, we'll give you an estimate of how long you can expect to wait. Your name will be called when a practitioner is available.

The practitioner you see will ask you about your symptoms and reasons for coming in. They'll examine you if necessary, diagnose your illness if you're sick and prescribe medication if you need it. You can have your prescription filled right at our pharmacy before you leave, although you can also take it to any other pharmacy of your choice.

At your request, we can send your primary doctor a summary of your visit to MinuteClinic®, including any medications you're prescribed here.

Payments we accept

MinuteClinic® accepts most major insurance plans. You can use the insurance lookup feature on our website to see if your plan is listed. We can also accept out-of-pocket payment by cash, check or credit card.
